InsideUp based in San Diego, California, USA (www. insideup. com), is seeking a part-time System Administrator to support our software development team in Indore, MP. andnbsp; andnbsp; The total hours per week required would range from 10 to 20 hours, but we seek 24x7 coverage, using a firm that specializes in system administration services, with extensive experience with LAMP and AWS. Qualifications-Previous experience as a system administrator in Linux operating environment. -Web and SSL administration of Apache Web Server and/or Tomcat. -Red Hat Linux/Unix experience including AIX, AWS, Python/Perl/Shell- Experience with AWS -Experience setting up and managing database systems such as SQL Server. -Creation, configuration, migration, resource allocation, read-only settings, and backup/disaster recovery-Complete understanding of mirroring, snapshots, rollback, migration, and so on. -Knowledge and support of group policies and security lockdown procedures -Familiarity with backup software and strategies -Familiarity with version system like SVN and CVS We seek firms ONLY in the US or India.

We are looking to update/refactor/rewrite the JSP and CSS for an existing database application written using the Spring Framework. The application is fully functional, but needs updating so that it is cross-browser compatible (IE only) and creates valid and conforming XHTML/CSS. The total project entails: 1. Refactoring approximately 30 JSP pages and the accompanying CSS2. Ensuring cross-browser compatibility (IE 6,7, 8, Firefox, Chrome and Safari) 3. Creating clean, commented and conforming JSP and CSS3The ideal candidate can also: - Develop understanding of application functionality- Identify opportunities to improve usability using jQuery and AJAX- Implement Apache Tiles to streamline current and future UI developmentContractor requirements: The ideal developer: 1. Is highly skilled in XHTML, CSS3, JSP and Javascript. Knowledge of jQuery, AJAX and/or Spring form tags is a plus. 2. Pays very close attention to the details3.
