Need a WordPress plugin that uses Twitter's API to count occurrences of a hashtag. Because Twitter doesn't return a total history of the hashtag, this will need to periodically count using the Twitter API and increment the number over time. It will need to display in a WordPress widget and via a shortcode. My goal is to be able to display a numerical count of how many times a specific hashtag has been used on Twitter, an increasing count. I 'd like a quote on a ticket tracking type web app, development only. The design portion is another job and you are welcome to bid on both. This app is for a school district to provide a web-based solution for tracking students referred for disciplinary action. The web app will have four screens and a separate splash screen from which to initiate actions. We will need a database populated by data supplied from the district and means for schools to load the database. The app will require a database where existing student information will be stored. Because this data has student schedule information that changes daily and the system needs to be current, the database will need to be updated nightly via a push from the district technology office. All data is available in csv format. Picture files of each student are in jpg format and will only need to be imported once. There can be anywhere from 50 to 2,000 students per database. All users have credentials they use to log in to their computers, so Active Directory should be utilitized for access to the app. The splash screen will have five icons and a word below each similar to the appearance of apps on mobile phones. The icons will be Dashboard, New Referral, Tasks, History and Feedatabaseack. New Referrals: A popup screen similar to the jQuery lightBox plugin with fields for entering info. Once a name is entered, records from the supplied database are narrowed and presented to the user. After a name is determined and record highlighted, a picture is shown and the user selects the record. All other pieces of information populate the form. The population feature assigns other users as reviewers of the ticket based on data from the database. Once filled out, it is submitted and user is sent back to splash screen. Tasks: Notification marker is presented on this icon when a reviewer has been added to a ticket. Users can select this icon to edit the ticket and complete their review. Notification markers vary according to the action required from the reviewer (e. g. task required of me, waiting on another reviewer, and so on.). History: Users can see outcomes only on the tickets they initiated or reviewed. Feedatabaseack: A means for users to send me an email with questions, comments, concerns. Dashboard: A high level overview of a user's stats. Stats might include number of tickets initiated, in progress, recent tickets by name/date, and so on. This will be offered as SaaS to many different school districts. There will be one administrator at each site who will sign up and pay the service fee. The admin can either send invites to team members or team members can sign up on their own. The amount of users will be determined by the monthly fee they decide to pay. I would like a means for a school to upload the data that will pre-populate the fields. Security is also very important. Transfer and storage of data must be encrypted.
