We are currently looking for 1 or 2 competent programmers. We are a growing company and have many projects lined up. Right now we are looking for UKRAINIAN and RUSSIAN based personnel ONLY!!! You MUST have EXCELLENT knowledge and lots of experience with: PHPJavascriptHTMLCSS3JSONSQLLAMP server environment (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) Twitter API and app developmentFacebook API and app developmentExperience with other social network API's and Amazon services is a big plus for you also. Knowledge of current web standards is essential. You should be able to develop clean and compliant code that is Search Engine Optimization (SEO)-friendly and easily validated across platforms and browsers. Advanced AJAX experience is also a definite plus!!! You MUST also have a complete understanding of the MVC programming model. This is what we are working with and developing with. You MUST speak 100% fluent Russian and your English MUST be good enough to communicate effectively with our American office. We use Skype to communicate both over VOIP and thru regular messaging/chat. This is an ongoing position and we are looking to build solid relationships for the long term. We also prefer a person who has a good sense of style and design so that the front-end can look as good as the code that makes it run. You must be responsible, professional, and available to reply to various issues within 24 hours, no later. We don't expect you to stay up and respond immediately. We understand you have a life too. But a response at the very least to any message we may send you is absolutely crucial within 24 hours. So for example, telling us you are alive and that you received the message but you are unable to fix the problem immediately is much better than simply ignoring the message for 3 days.
