This is for Phase 1 only but full content included for reasons stated. Multiphase rollout of website over approximately next 120 Days and ongoing support/enhancements/management after that. Our basic philosophy: andldquo; Less is Moreandrdquo;, but whatever content is delivered must look andldquo; State of the Artandrdquo; and polished. andnbsp; andnbsp; Our product leverages cutting edge technologies to provide remote monitoring and security of physical assets. andnbsp; andnbsp; Said product is complete and entering the manufacturing stage therefore images are available and functionality is well defined. andnbsp; andnbsp; This need results from a last minute re-alignment of marketing strategy hence the tight, but well defined, schedule and limited initial budget. Phase 1: andnbsp; andnbsp; Homepage that has the feel of a Landing Page (scope of this phase only). andnbsp; andnbsp; Centerpiece and primary labor demand is a 10 to 15 second Flash sequence that demonstrates product functionality. andnbsp; andnbsp; The Flash sequence consists of static images. andnbsp; andnbsp; Animation is limited to a product close-up with simulated blinking LEDs/lights and some text that rolls (or pops up/fades) into the frame. andnbsp; andnbsp; The view then pans out to show a full image (a room where the product is located). andnbsp; andnbsp; A transition follows (giving the feel of a message being sent) to the next frame which is again a static image similar to the first. andnbsp; andnbsp; There are 5 or 6 of these transitions the same. andnbsp; andnbsp; In addition to the Flash sequence, some simple pages (with links/tabs on that Homepage) for andldquo; Product Overviewandrdquo; page, andldquo; About Usandrdquo; page, andldquo; Contact Usandrdquo; page, andldquo; Buy Nowandrdquo; page, and a andldquo; Product History Pageandrdquo;. andnbsp; andnbsp; Additional andldquo; Tweetandrdquo;, andldquo; Facebookandrdquo;, whatever the contractor may suggest, links also placed. andnbsp; andnbsp; We have an established business/Logo/etc so these details are covered. andnbsp; andnbsp; Development tools (besides the Flash content) are at the Contractorandrsquo; s discretion. andnbsp; andnbsp; Additional information (if even relavent): Our current host is Network Solutions, subscription is to the andldquo; Large Business Package. andrdquo; andnbsp; andnbsp; We operate from North America. Work to follow but NOT part of the current contract-Phase 2: andnbsp; andnbsp; Enhancement of the linked pages created for Phase 1 and Flash content polish (if needed). andnbsp; andnbsp; Completion of the social networking tie-ins and preparation work for the Ecommerce connections. Phase 3. andnbsp; andnbsp; Ecommerce connection. andnbsp; andnbsp; At most (initially) a shopping cart for 10 to 12 andldquo; Product Bundlesandrdquo; and collection of andldquo; Buyerandrdquo; vital information with checkout by Paypal or another service. andnbsp; andnbsp; Contractor expertise/input will be needed on how to best proceed. Ongoing: andnbsp; andnbsp; If you are happy with us and we are satisfied with the tasks performed, the relationship can continue indefinitely. andnbsp; andnbsp; Content outlined here is our immediate requirement for web-based content only; there are other needs in desktop/mobile application development and if that is in your skill set all the better, but it is by no means a requirement. andnbsp; andnbsp; Mutual trust and a track record in both directions is critical particularly if your services are provided from an international location (which is obviously anticipated). andnbsp; andnbsp; A Contractor in South Asia is preferred as we travel there on occasion, and a long-term relationship could ultimately need a face-to-face meeting (as a courtesy at least, up to you). andnbsp; andnbsp; If only interested in the short-term work, that is fine, say so, but the option is there and not presented as a gimmick, we grow and you grow with us. Can be done hourly too, just needed a starting point.

We require a guru in website design and development. Only a specialist with the solid track record in developing websites using latest technologies and a specialist in UI design needs to apply. The website is brand new, to promote and sell a service not a product based site, we will collaborate together on the design aspects but ultimately we are looking at your ideas and input into whole design and specifically UI as it needs to be very user friendly and high end animation design is expected but no flash, java or other languages to be used. Some basic cloud based database integration will need to be developed. Basic level E-commerce functionality will be requiredandnbsp; andnbsp; - online payments acceptance. Also, there will need to be a page where clients are able to track their conveyancing process, so they can login and see the progress. On our end we will need to have the ability to enter information for each client updating on progress. Doesn't have to be automated, we can do this manually but the capability must exist for us to do it. We also want to have an animated page which can show in pictures and motions how conveyancing process works. There will also be 3 forms (we will supply them) that need to be incorporated into a workflow of small screens where users are driven to complete these forms and submit them. Users should be able to register on the site, download documents, make payments. A basic live chat functionality to be deployed as well. Content management for new website, logo design, domain name services, web hosting, email hosting and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is NOT required as we have this under control. Contractors without tangible track record should NOT apply as no response will be given. I need not only good developers but good web designers as well as the homepage and the whole site should look spotless, sleek, modern and extremely user-friendly. Timeframes: 1. Finalise design - 1 week2. Site development, all pages and functions - 3 weeks3. UAT, changes - 1 week4. Proposed go live by 3rd March 2012. andnbsp; andnbsp; More details about this contract on application and on Skype. I also expect some specifications to be produced for design and functionality so it is easier to manage changes. We need a focused person or people who can concentrate on the task and deliver on time, on budget, without excuses. If you don't think you can make it, please DO NOT apply. This is not an easy, quick project, I will demand good quality and constant communication and delivery. The right contractor will be rewarded through further bonuses. I will not pay any deposits to anybody, so do not put this into your proposal, I will pay 100% on completion, read my profile and feedatabaseack and you will know that I always look after my contractors provided they deliver what was agreed on. Look forward to quality applications.
