You cannot use our servers. We will send you a fresh list of emails every month to send. Emails will have an single attachment. We will provide the attachment which is nothing more than a newsletter. You will need to set up email account for any removals, and verify any future listing does not have duplicate removals. This is not SPAM. We hate spam, so spammer are not welcomed. This position is only for those who are energetic and knowledgeable in the field of email marketing. You must be an expert in email marketing to have this job assigned. Job is a for a full year for the responsible expert who has the ability to follow instructions and get the results we desire. Very generous bonuses are provided per month when we get the results we desire. Our email listings are NOT SPAM. We deal with exclusive listings that we will provide to you in Excel format, that is to say, csv file. Do not apply for this job if you are a spammer. You will be required to monitor every facet of the email campaign and provide us with the results on a daily basis. You must have the following expertise: 1. The ability to send bulk emails daily. 2. You will need to report each day the progress of your email campaigning to us. Reporting will be: 1. How many emails have been sent. 2. How many removals have been requested. 3. How many emails may have went into the spam folders. 4. How many emails have been opened, and so on, and so on. 5. Email software or other windows programs to send emails out in mass volume. 6. High speed internet connection with at least 1 computer, preferable two or more computers. 7. The ability to send our emails out between 7:00AM and 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time, United States. We need complete verification and reporting for every facet of this campaign. You will required o setup email accounts for removal of any persons requesting to be removed, and other email accounts if necessary. You will be required to keep track of every removal email, and check these emails against any other listings we send. Once per week, you will need to send us a complete report with all removed email addresses, including email addresses. As of today we have approximately 1.3 million emails that must be forwarded. We prefer to send 15,000 to 25,000 emails daily, 5 days per week. Our corporate office will answer all emails. You will NOT be required to answers any emails. There is an attachment that must be included. The attachment is in html. If you know how to create html emails, this is a plus. If applying, send us a sample of your prior email campaigns and include your reports. Successful candidate will also be paid generous bonuses for excellent work, on a weekly and or monthly basis. I am interested in hiring a person who has experience with looking at business websites, deciding if they are small businesses that could benefit from having their site redesigned and then emailing them a very brief introduction of our company. this is not a very complicated thing to do but in order to maintain our reputation and not upset anyone we just need to do it carefully and neatly. I think some lookup of businesses on say yellowpages. com. au or hotfrog or some other source of local businesses would be good and then we can send them an email.

I have designed exactly what my email newsletter should look like (of course there is always room for minor adjustments). I designed it in Publisher, cause it is what I know. I have tried uploading it into Kompozer, and pulling the html code, but I am not familiar with these programs. What I need is to have my publisher newsletter created in an html format, and published to my server (which I do NOT know how to do). I will then work with mailchimp. com to get it into an email campaign. There are several images attached to my email. Emailing a newsletter has been problematic for a few years. We use SMTP for our sending of emails. We use them since our list are real estate brokers that we do not have specific opt-in permission. I have found one site that I like to the templates they offer. However, they want the emails sent only through their service. Therefore, I am looking for a person with plenty of experience to help us finally get up and going.
