This is a full time, long term position for a Virtual Marketing Assistant/Secretary to perform various administrative tasks including the following: Preparing marketing materialsMaking appointments with clients on my behalf. Writing a script that will sum particular custom fields on items purchased by a customer and put the total in a custom field in the customer record. Example: Custom Item Field: " Shoes " =1Custom Customer Field: " Shoes Purchased " =#Customer has purchased 5 shoes. The script will sum all the " Shoes " fields the customer has purchased and put the total in the " Shoes Purchased " field for every customer record. This could be a script that runs either every time a Cash Sale or Sales Order is created, or can be set to update on a weekly basis.
