DESCRIPTION: This is a paid ongoing part-time contract. POSITION: Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow for contracts processCoordinate and manage incoming and outgoing correspondenceSupport staff in assigned project-based workMaintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency informationPrepare, distribute, retrieve, track/file confidentiality agreements and contracts. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Prepare and distribute meeting and conference materials via email. andnbsp; andnbsp; Scheduling the monthly email newsletter (using the online email marketing program vertical response) Maintaining and updating contact databases and mailing listsWriting, inputting, proofreading, editing, and formatting the contents of promotional emails, several blogs, and other online materialsCustomer service and client/team liaison as neededSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: APPLICATIONS USED: --GOOGLE MAIL, CALENDAR, DOCS--HIGHRISE CRM--VERTICAL RESPONSE EMAILING SYSTEMThe successful recipient of this contract will: andbull; Be extensively experienced in the use and adaptation of online email marketing software/services for promotional campaigns, newsletters, and marketing in conjunction with social media and several websites. andbull; Have excellent grammar and spelling proficiency. andbull; Have strong skills in editing and proofreading. andbull; Be competent in writing promotional and information-based materials in a reasonably entertaining manner for a mass audience as well as the ability to write for a more educated audience. andbull; Be comfortable with and capable of performing successful online searches and research. andbull; Be able to synthesize and present information succinctly both via email and verbally. andbull; Have basic skills in HTML/website editing (basic design experience preferred). Have skills and experience in the use of photo editing/image optimizing softwareBe able to create and use simple databases andbull; Be able to meet (and be comfortable with) sometimes tight deadlines (however, most deadlines will be at least 24 hours). andbull; Possess good communication and listening skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and clients in a professional and courteous manner both by email and phone. andbull; Be available for 5-10 hours of work per week in an ongoing capacity. andbull; Have a reliable and stable work style and attitude. andbull; Be organized and attentive to detail. andbull; Be able to quickly grasp new information and to learn new business systems.
