Hi, I would like you to work for 8 hours a week for Phone Support for my customers. These can be Phone follow up calls, as directed by our Customer Support team, answering Voicemails or live calls (around 6 - 7 calls a day) and following up with our conference call attendees. You will need to submit a report everyday, about what calls came/or you had to do and what are the action items arising out of those. We will give you one full week of training and then you can be on job. We would prefer working with companies... and not individuals. Preferably, you should be located at the US. You should have a proven record of giving phone support on oDesk. Job starts immediately and if things go well, this is an ongoing task.

We are looking for a person who can answer the phone for our company Mo-Fr from 4pm to 8pm and Sa from 9am to noon. Must be relaible and be able to take calls in a quite invironment. Please send over cover letter stating your strngth be it to email a follow up to an existing customer asking questions about how was the service and each stop of it. Also include your strenght be it to provide a phone call and speak directly with the customer or provide email. Are you familiar with constant contact?

I am looking for several candidates to make phone calls. Phone calls will be of a sales nature; you will be introducing them to what we sell, answering questions, getting their info and writing it down on a spreadsheet along with comments on how they responded and their interest and walking them through the free trial sign up process if they decide to sign up there. You will need to sound American; or if you have a slight accent, that is ok, but you will need to assume an American name. If they do not sign up, but express interest, you will be responsible for following up with them later on to get them to sign up. You will be paid per call and need to work during US business hours (10 am CST to 4 pm CST) - Monday thru Friday.

Answer phone during North America night time, weekends and holidays. Greet customers politely. Take notes from the caller. Assure caller that the issue will be addressed in a timely manner. Send details of the call via SMS and email. At all times, maintain a high level of professionalism. Currently, the call volume is very low. I estimate that there may be 2 - 4 calls per week. Each call may last 3 - 5 minutes. I am interested in receiving per call quotes.
