We have a database of real estate property in certain counties. We require a research assistant to look up the property records on the county assessor site and input information into an excel file. We will provide the assessor links, and property addresses.

We have some technical documents that need to be updated to a new format. All the information will be provided and it will mostly be a copy and paste job between the old version layout, to the new version. Despite being an easy job accuracy is crucial, applicants must have an excellent grasp of English. Recycled cover letters will be quickly removed. There are around 150 of these documents to update.

Hi, I am looking for somebody who is able to create accurate text transcripts from audio files in english, which are about finance/economics. I am looking for a person who is accurate, honest and who keeps his promises. For the coming weeks it will be around 2-3 hours of audio files per day. After that, there will be less audio files, but I will have other work (data entry, research, typist, some audio and so on.) The audio files are posted on websites starting around 7:00 AM (GMT +8:00, asian time) Around this time I will send you by email the list of audio files, which will have to be transcripted. I would like to receive the transcriptions before 4:00 PM (GMT +8:00 asian time) the same day. I am looking for a contractor who is available to do this on monday, tuesday, wednesday and thursday. It must be spell checked and formatted in a particular way (I have attached a sample which you should follow).
