I need to develop an attribution report. This is a very complex report that is used in the financial services industry. If you don't know what it is, you probably aren't right for the job. Design and Implement an Attribution Analysis reporting sample using the Pentaho tools. The responsible person will create/source the data, move it with Pentaho PDI, and create Attribution Analysis reports derived from sample data. Essentially, the whole process, using demo data.

gDev is seeking a technical specialist who can be assigned the most difficult of technical tasks. Architect TAMs will move between products, identifying performance bottlenecks in algorithmically sophisticated code, establish architectural and software engineering standards through experimentation, and create multi-VM virtual hardware environments for cloud based computing. 5+ years in direct hands on coding is required for success. We currently use ffmpeg to convert various video formats to flv. The conversion looks ok sometimes, but others look very pixelated. Need a person familiar with FFMPEG and the command line switches needed for several different format conversions such as mp4, wmv, avi, mov, and so on to FLV. Payment upon successful test of conversion parameters.
