We are looking for an experienced designer to assist us with developing high quality graphics for our company and our clients. andnbsp; andnbsp; Our firm works with many clients in the healing arts and alternative medicine fields. andnbsp; andnbsp; We work with people who are helping to make a difference in the lives of others - and in the world - through these disciplines. The job will entail: 1. Researching visual layouts of within the healing arts and alternative medicine fields (yoga studios, massage therapists, meditation retreat centers, and so on) 2. Designing the website layout and related graphics (you will work with a web developer who will actually develop the site) 3. Creating logos, symbols, banners, and icons as appropriate4. andnbsp; andnbsp; Identification of branding materials (colors, graphics, fonts) that match the needs of our clients. Requirements: andnbsp; andnbsp; you need to have a high creative mindset as demonstrated through your portfolio, which includes: 1. Ideally I would prefer a web-designer/graphic designer, with knowledge of wordpress, but I think that will be asking too much, so I will be happy with a great graphic designer. You will be working with one or two unique projects at the start. Type of work: still banners, flyers, presentations in. pdf, stickers and pretty much all type of stationary for such projects, and, if you are able, creating the layout for several different web-pages. In general we will need attractive designs to launch several advertising campaigns, with a modern and corporate look. In order to be selected please send direct link to your portfolio. We will check it, and if interested we will select you for a small 1 hour, LOGGED, test job. During this hour we will pay no more than 5 usd. Or if you want to offer this test, even better; then all you need is to accept our project manager gtalk ID and start the test, once we provide you with the ID. If you cannot accept this test, please do not bid. So, if you are interested: I need your quote to work 8 hours per day, and 4 hours per day. I will choose full-time or part-time, according to your quote. NOTE: If you bid 8 hours per day, you will need to work 8 hours per day. If you start working less than that after a few days, we will terminate the project. So please do not bid if you do not have such time available. Also do not bid if: 1 - you are slow. Some creatives need a lot of time for their creative process, I do understand that but I am not interested in such profile. 2 - you have a lot of accidents, or anyone in your family is regularly sick and you need to help. We understand that unluck people or help family is important, but we have a tight schedule and our clients do not understand that their work is not finished because our freelancer had an accident or needed to help the family. Lastly: do not send blablabla. I ignore those bids. All I need is a link to porftolio, and your bid for 8 hours per day and 4 hours per day, and to know if you work on weekends or not. Thats it. I do not want or need any other info. If I choose you (and I might choose more than one designer) you need to be available to start in no more than 3 days. If you cannot start in 3 days, I will cancel the project. I will only answer to the designers that I shortlist. If I do not answer you, please do not insist. And do not bid more than what you are willing to accept. Of course that I am looking for quality but also for a nice deal so when you decide your cost for the 8 hours per day (thats 40 hours per week) make sure that you are giving me the best price to avoid losing the business just because a person else bidded less. And do not send me your price per hour. I need you to post, very clearly, the full price for 8 hours per day (thats 40 hours per week) In the first week I will post a fixed-price job but you will still be required to log the time invested and print-screens every 15 seconds with notes for what you are doing, so that our project manager can control the workflow.
