i would an app with either free or pay use. andnbsp; andnbsp; the free version would have limited access, the pay, full access. andnbsp; andnbsp; i would like an app where a person can play against the game (computer) or another user from another phone, or more than one other user. andnbsp; andnbsp; i would like the user to be able to pick and design his character; sex, age, height, weight. hair (lenght, color, style), and so on. andnbsp; andnbsp; i would like the user to choose from different outfits; blue tee shirt, red tee shirt, blue jeans, black skirt, and so on. andnbsp; andnbsp; i would like the user to choose different settings; the park, school, jungle, and so on. andnbsp; andnbsp; i would like the user to have about 30 different actions; push, kick, walk, hand shake and so on., this would interact with the other user. andnbsp; andnbsp; maybe he can type a phrase in and it can be spoken out. andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; And the game can end with all users winning, one user wining or both losing. andnbsp; andnbsp; Sort of like streetfighter! andnbsp; andnbsp; But not with violence. andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; the video quality would have to be very good at minimum. andnbsp; andnbsp; maybe 3d. andnbsp; andnbsp; i put $1000 budget but i hope it would be a lot less, alot!
