Vegetarian Cookbookideally the person writing this cookbook will have a sound knowledge of nutrition. Using the principles outlined in the attached document I would like an e-cookbook designed. I would like this book to follow my nutritional plan that I have developed for my personal training clients. If you could separate the sections into breakfast, snacks and on the run, brunch, lunch and evening meals that would be great. I would like the breakfasts to include as many green leafy vegetables as possible. With 10 or more recipes (for breakfast, snacks (workplace), brunch, lunch and dinner) that include at least two cruciferous vegetables. I would like the breakfasts to include all sources of protein that a vegetarian can eat within it. I would like to see smoothies and omelettes for breakfasts. I want to stay away from the high sugar fruits. With the smoothies or any fruit based recipe I would like to include some source of protein or alkalising vegetable as this will prevent the meal creating to higher insulin spike for my clients.
