Need a person with experience in latest Encryption and web coms to list out a specification and a recommendation for a proposed software web and mobile device system. We are looking for a person with knowledge of encryption who can recommend and detail a methodology for a secure system passing information to and from servers and mobile devices over public and web based telephony and data networks. (Mostly mobile phones and VOip to our servers). andnbsp; andnbsp; At some stages the process will call for an exchange of secure information between two parties, both on mobile phones (devices) and the exchange is verified between them (users are physically together) then by both of them separately connecting back to our servers and our system records the exchange as genuine because the encrypted component is unique and un-counterfeit-able. We would want an encryption system that is open source and fee free, if possible. Additionally the server system will need to be secure to receive, authenticate and verify these transactions. We would prefer not to have any Microsoft products involved. We are looking to develop CRM tool through salesforce. Some features that I would like to include are: 1) A simple system to add all current client's Date of Births so we can email them on their birthday automatically. We want to be able to upload a spreadsheet 1x monthly to ensure accuracy. 2) A simple system that allows for effective email marketing. We have a team that gathers emails from prospects. The system needs to be able to send the flash videos or links to videos. -Tracking to include something like: open viewed and form submitted, opened and viewed video, opened and not viewed video, not opened, forwarded, and deleted-If a prospect responds to the emails, we need Salesforce to automatically change the status to lead and begin sending out census request forms, BORs, virtual meeting requests depending on campaign. These should be a series of three automatic emails that stop automatically once they have submitted a response. If not automatic, I am ok with having a sales agent on my team update it but prefer automation. My current system goes to spam too often and is difficult to use. Ultimately, it would be nice to have us be able to initiate email campaigns easily with one census upload per month per campaign so we know our lists are accurate. Let me know what you need to get started. Let me know the timeline to complete this project and how much time will it take to develop with salesforce. We are looking to start it as soon as possible.
