Architect TAMs will move between products, identifying performance bottlenecks in algorithmically sophisticated code, establish architectural and software engineering standards through experimentation, and create multi-VM virtual hardware environments for cloud based computing. 5+ years in direct hands on coding is required for success. We currently use ffmpeg to convert various video formats to flv. The conversion looks ok sometimes, but others look very pixelated. Need a person familiar with FFMPEG and the command line switches needed for several different format conversions such as mp4, wmv, avi, mov, and so on to FLV. Payment upon successful test of conversion parameters.
