AI and vb. net make book parser into chat botI need a person with a vb. net and artificial intelligence background to take 20 books written on the same subject (which are in ascii text form - text files), and build an intelligent information parser that will reorganize this book information. Then using neural nets take this information and build a chat bot/chatterbot (a computer program designed to simulate an intelligent conversation with one or more human users that texts to it) and have this chat bot pass the Turing test. Users will talk to the chat bot, and the chat bot will answer questions as " humanly " as possible. The " brains " of the chat bot will be the 20 book information which has been reorganized by Your program. If Your bid is accepted, the contracts primary form of communication will be SKYPE. If You do not use SKYPE, then I cannot accept Your bid. I am on skype 24/7, so that freelancers can always leave me updates and messages on SKYPE, when I am not actually in front of the computer. I recommend that You also leave SKYPE on 24/7, so we can always update instantly regarding this Project after Your bid is accepted.

A C++ developer is required to maintain and expand the client software for an existing 3D fantasy MMO. The client is built with C++ and connects to a game server to allow players to interact in a 3D persistent fantasy game world. While the budget for this project is limited, there's a number of good reasons this project might suit you well: - You like fantasy games and the idea of getting to develop for a fantasy world sounds cool. There is something to be said to developing code that casts a fireball at zombies. - You put the T in tenacious - A game client is a complicated piece of software and like any other, there is a steep learning curve. Some people love to figure things out, while others want a clearly documented path. Most software projects lack visuals, so at least when you figure something out with this project, you can see it look pretty, or go " boom ". - You have limited expenses and the idea of unlimited experience suits your life situation. This is a small company and we would like to keep expectations real. - You are experienced with C++, see code as a battle field and wield your keyboard like a sword. - You have an interest in the game industry and are looking for lots of experience. While the budget for this position is small, you would get near unlimited experience, being able to work with animation, asset, texture, character, sound, rendering, UI, input, model, network, and pretty much all other game systems. The design team has a list of fixes and feature requests. We 'd start with some minor fixes, and go from there. Some projects would take less than a day, while others would be significantly longer. Because an online persistent world has content updates from month to month, this project can be considered perpetual. The budget is monthly and we are looking for what can be delivered within that budget. The team is fully distributed and all business services are web accessible. Everyone on the team is capable of using the wiki, work ticket system, email and skype to effectively communicate. Well written English is a requirement, but spoken is not required. If you are interested, please reply with any questions and answers to these questions: 1. Why do you want to work on this project? 2. What project experience do you have that would allow you to be successful with this project (made a network library, wrote a memory allocator, exporter for Maya, graphics renderer, and so on.)? 3. What skills experience do you have that would allow you to be successful with this project (other languages, libraries you have used, and so on.) 4. If you have other commitments (you do other contracting, going to school, full time/part time job, and so on.) 5. What are you long term developer goals? We know this project has a limited budget and would like to understand why you are interested in this work - outside of it being way more interesting than making accounting software.

Design and construct a website that provides a simple graphical game, using HTML and JavaScript, and a limited amount of CSS where necessary. The scenario is as follows: -The game is a simulation of a scene from the film " Goldfinger ". James Bond, Secret Agent 007, is invited to go shooting for birds with Mr. Auric Goldfinger. James Bond can attempt to shoot birds, which appear at random and fly across the screen. If he hits a bird, he will score 5 points. However, sometimes a pair of eyes can be seen hiding in a tree, which belong to a hiding assassin. If Bond shoots at the assassin and hits the target, he wins 25 points; otherwise the assassin will shoot Bond after a few seconds, and the game will be over. Your code should be to a high standard, with clear efficient code, appropriate variable and function names, good indentation, and helpful comments. Must be able to begin as soon as possible and finish quickly. Thanks

I need a programmer to port an already working game for the win/mac/linux platforms to the iphone/ipad. The game is called FreeDroid RPG, this is an tile-based isometric game, based on a classic arcade game. The source code of the game is available and I can provide it locally if needed. The game is an RPG, similar to games like diablo or fallout, in isometric style. The game would need to be adapted to the iphone/ipad's touch screen controls. I am thinking the ipad is the best platform to showcase this game, but I can consider the original iphone too if applying candidates think it would be viable too. Both the source code and the game assets are ready. I obtained authorization from the original development team to port this game, and to make any additional contributions if possible. As mentioned before, the source code can and will be provided as soon as possible. The game's site is located here: http://freedroid. sourceforge. net /

I need a programmer to add OpenFeint support to my iphone game. My game is called Word Champion. this is available here http://itunes. apple. com/tw/app/word-champion/id366165146? mt=8#Right now my game only has offline SP gamemode. I want to add it OpenFeint support, so that gamers can upload their scores and share them online with their friends. I found several tutorials on doing this, here they are: http://www. youtube. com/watch? v=_BKf0BwFdYA (part 1) http://www. youtube. com/watch? v=MMF7Vna7fsw (part 2) I would do this myself, but my mac got a bad hd and it won't work. My game is simple enough, but fun, so this shouldn't be too much work or time to finish correctly. Maybe 2-3 days at most. I 'll provide the source code of my game.
