We are a real estate coaching company in Australia. We teach people about real estate investing, rent-to-own, owner financing, and property development. We require a person with either US/UK/Australian English speaking accent to do a voice introduction for our coaching materials, podcasts and so on. We are also authors of real estate books. We may need you to " voice " our books and turn them into audio books. So there is very likely long term ongoing work. Our budget is no more than $30 USD per hour. I am looking for male voice talent in the US or Canada to record audio narration for a Powerpoint presentation. Experience with powerpoint presentations is preferred.

I need a handful of people who can do some voice-over work. You will need to have either an English, Irish, Scottish, or Welsh accent. You will be asked to read a series of questions and answers which will be used as part of a training audiobook on job interview skills. Depending on the role (interviewer or candidate) the time taken to speak the questions/answers will be between 2 and 4 minutes. I don't know what description to put here, but I have a 60 second (roughly) script that will end up being a video for our investment website. The script is done. I have a person to make the video. Now all I need is a good voice talent. I figure it would be best if I send a rough draft of the voice so you can get the " style " and what to emphasize.
