I am the design manager for a full service design/project management company in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in high-end residential remodel projects and are looking to build relationships with interior designers with a modern design aesthetic. We will offer a high volume of consistent work for the right people. We would like to use this as a trial project. The project is to design of a fireplace and cabinet surround for the living room of a condominium remodel. The fireplace will be a centerpiece of the living room with a panoramic view of the San Francisco Bay. We will provide PDF and CAD files of the floor plan and some sketches of the general direction we are thinking the design will go. You will have 2 days to complete the design from the time of starting the contract. I expect this will be about 5 hours of work, but may be more depending on how quickly you work. You must be proficient at RapidWorks and have experience with point cloud files. You must have access to current RapidWorks software. The expected course of the job will be: I send you the file. You convert it to RapidWorks file and produce initial 3D solid model. You send me multiple snapshots of 3D model for review.
