I am getting error KB02048 when syncing my BB with outlook. One of the records on my BB must be corrupt, sync process is stopping at record 1420 out of +1600 records. I want to identify what record it is, and delete it, to be able to proceed with the sync.

We are a UK based software company and we are looking to extend our ability to provide technical support for our products during the USA Eastern time-zone (EST). Cover is required from 0800 - 1730 Monday to Friday with a one hour meal break and 2 x 15 minutie breaks. As a software house our customers expect us to deal with support questions both promptly and expertly. We use Salesforce. com to log cases and we have case processes/helpers in place to assist support reps to handle level one cases. We currently use outsource suppliers for both sales and technical work and are able to extend our telephony and IT systems to encompass a 3rd party provider. The ideal provider will have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Experience providing IT technical support to end users. A good working knowledge of PC's, all Windows operating systems including MS Server 2003 and 2008 is essential, as is use of Internet applications and MS Office 2007. A good working knowledge of SQL would be useful but is not essential. Experience using VB or Java script would also be useful as would Adobe Flash and other multi-media packages.
