Contractor receive emails directly from our website (wedding photography). They would check available dates, answer questions about our products and services and move them towards booking. The job is simple by details are important. I want a person that will take direction well and read instructions carefully. If I have to explain things two and three times I am going to move on. You will be required to answer telephone calls, email and live chat from mostly English speaking people who require to book an airport transfer or taxi somewhere in the world. You will look up the price on our online booking engines and if the client wishes to book, you will put the details into the booking form and take credit card details and enter them into our HSBC merchant services page to authorise payments. You will also receive calls from passengers lost at airports and you will give them instructions of how to find their driver, this is in a database you will have access to. You will be paid a basic per hour rate PLUS a bonus of 1% of the value of every booking that you take. You will be provided with SkyPe VOIP telephone service to receive the calls and you must answer them in perfect ENGLISH.
