The applicant will be required to provide friendly replies to prospective customers, answer questions about products, and assist customers with getting their products. This includes sending them to download links, processing refunds, and giving them access (or removing access) to digital products that they have ordered or refunded. IMPORTANT: The position will require setup and maintenance of a ticket system, preferably Zendesk. This is not currently in place and will need to be setup, so experience in this platform is a plus.
