I am looking to build excel models so I can plug in numbers on a monthly basis. We have an e-commerce apparel business in shoes and clothing for 3 years and need essentially 3 models: 1. Managing Cash Flow - How much money to spend on inventory (limit on purchasing), employees (how many to hire) per week/month given the gross sales numbers and operating expenses. 2. Managing Inventory Levels - Build a model to know " When " to liquidate slow moving items based on a weekly trend. For example, if an item does not sell well do we lower by 10% each week or 15% each week? and so on.. If if does sell well, how often do we reorder the item based on quantity purchased? When to sell the item at cost (break even point), or even at a loss3. Company Growth projections and how we will reach this based on past history and how we will achieve 100%-500% growth in 2012? Can we identify the factors that will give us this amount of growth? 4. Analyze our Google analytic and web traffic data. We sell on 3 platforms: should we continue business on amazon, eBay, and our website? What is the growth between the 3 sites? Positives and negatives? Please provide any examples, we are looking to hire 1-2 freelance in the next few days.
