PSD to HTML/ CSS slicing in JSP/ Struts environment

I have a somewhat large project that I had outsourced to an offshore firm. Let's just say they didn't do a particularly fascinating job of handling the project and I have to redress plenty of their wrongs. One of the things that they were particularly inefficient at was website design and slicing PSDs into HTML correctly. I am looking to hire a person who has extensive expertise slicing PSDs to HTML and who can fix the issues created by the other firm. You will be working off the same codebase as the other team and you will have to dig through their code and fix their faulty coding practices. The front end code is all in JSPs so basic JSP knowledge is required. Some of the issues that you will have to fix are: - separate text from images- make design W3C compliant- slice images properly (repeat background where possible and so on.) - follow Search Engine Optimization (SEO) friendly norms (don't use iFrames and so on.) - follow standards that optimize website performance and page load times- ensuring multi-browser support including IE 6 - IE 9, Firefox 2 onwards, Chrome and SafariAdditionally, I will also need help fixing some HTML/CSS related bugs in the codebase. To apply for this job, you must have solid HTML/CSS skills and you must have experience slicing PSDs in the past. If you are interested, please share with me a few examples of PSDs that you have sliced into HTML/CSS. I WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY APPLICANTS WHO DON 'T PROVIDE CODING EXAMPLES.
