Java and Groovy Development Project

I have a requirement to replace an existing proprietary language with Groovy. andnbsp; andnbsp; This will require a substantial Java API to build the specialized functions of the language and provide integration to an existing database (JdatabaseC/Oracle). Preference would be given to a person who can develop the entire system directly from the documentation of the existing application. andnbsp; andnbsp; Preference would be given to a person who can also build a perl translator that could be used to migrate existing code to Groovy.

PHP / Linux (Shell Scripting) for Web-Based Configuration Interface

We are looking to develop a web-based configuration interface for our Linux server based application. Currently all system configuration is performed manually using a text editor and we wish to implement this as a web based interface using PHP in order to make it easier to use. The project will involve taking an existing HTML based design for the interface and converting it to PHP, as well as implementing the functionality shown in the interface. This includes activities such as configuring network addresses, VPN settings and so on. User input will also need to be validated to ensure it is in an acceptable format for each element. The configuration will be stored in an xml file which will be used to update the various text configuration used by Linux. It will also require implementation of login based security to allow different access levels to the interface features (administrator/manager/viewer). perl form post

I need a developer to code the following: A simple perl web page that does a form POST to a URL (will provide) with hiddenandnbsp; andnbsp; input fields (will provide these field names aswell).
