Hi, I am looking for a person to manage my telemarketed lead generation campaign. I service health insurance agents, and provide leads for them. First, you will be hiring 10 telemarketers. -They must speak English well. -They must be able to generate 5 qualified leads per day per agentOnce you have hired them, you will direct their efforts. That may include: -Training them-Assigning and delegating tasks -Listening in on the calls the calls made with our phone system-Making sure they meet their minimum quota-Answering any questions they haveOnce our team of telemarketers is well-oiled and functioning properly, I will expect you to take the leads they generate, compile them into our preferred format and deliver them to me on a daily basis. Ongoing tasks might include re-hiring new telemarketers to keep our number at 10. The whole process is simple, but there is little room for error. Five leads per day per agent is easy, so anything less cannot be tolerated. Also, producing bad leads cannot be tolerated. For example, if one of my clients gets a lead, and the lead says to my client " I didn't tell anyone to call me " or " I could hardly understand the first guy that called me. His english was bad.
