In an Excel spreadsheet, list the name of the bank filing the foreclosure and, if listed, the property address the foreclosure is being filed on. Donandrsquo; t list any foreclosures by Wells Fargo, Deutsche Bank, Citibank, GMAC, HSBC, Citibank, Citimortgage, BofA (Bank of America), US Bank, Chase, JP Morgan Chase or Bank of New York. This will be most of them. Weandrsquo; re looking for the smaller banks. Also, donandrsquo; t list any foreclosures by cities, utility companies or condo associations. Put the first bank listed as Plaintiff into the spreadsheet. For example, in a listing like this: andldquo; HomeBank USA, N.
