Virtual Assistant with the WOW Factor Needed Yesterday!

Growing company in need of a Part-time Assistant (or two) to provide essential support with important projects over the next few weeks. Potential to grow into a Full Time position. Primary duties will include * (will change in the future if contract is extended) *Replying to emails and phone calls as necessary (this will be a growing task, but English, as clear as possible, and professionalism is a must) *Schedule coordination*Records Management*Content research and writing *Document Preparation and Management*Task Management*Email campaign management*Other various duties as assignedThe ideal candidate is a fast learner with a " Get it Done " attitude. Analyst Research and Email Communication

We are looking for a professional assistant with good English. This project involves sending prospecting emails to precious metals analysts and commentators to write and contribute to one of our sites. The communication process will be as follows: 1. We will provide you a list of websites that feature writers and analysts in the financial/investing/precious metals space. 2. We will provide a " shell " email that would need to be briefly edited for every prospecting email sent out. 3. All names/sites approached would be tracked in an excel sheet4. We will send out 50 invites in 1-2 days and do this in 4 batches for a total of 200 invites over a period of time. In general, we will use our marketing email address for communication but sometimes we could email them from their specific sites itself. We will be paying on a " per 50 emails " basis. For 50 emails, we would pay out $20 for the job. Our operations will eventually require an on-going administration support with good English skills. Ability to send and respond to emails in a professional manner, updating sites with content, and so forth would need some man-hours down the road.
