Growing company in need of a Part-time Assistant (or two) to provide essential support with important projects over the next few weeks. Potential to grow into a Full Time position. Primary duties will include * (will change in the future if contract is extended) *Replying to emails and phone calls as necessary (this will be a growing task, but English, as clear as possible, and professionalism is a must) *Schedule coordination*Records Management*Content research and writing *Document Preparation and Management*Task Management*Email campaign management*Other various duties as assignedThe ideal candidate is a fast learner with a " Get it Done " attitude. Accommodations include a full schedule organizer along with other tools to make your job as simple as possible, so the primary factor we are looking for is a person who is truly computer literate, preferably familiar with popular business systems such as Zoho, Gmail, Google Voice, VoIP, CRM, (proficiency is highly desirable, but training will be provided). Additionally, the ability to navigate a website back office (in general) is ideal, as well as the ability to expand with our company are key factors we will be looking at. While we may have to experience several VAs in order to find the right fit for our company, our goal is to establish a working relationship with a person who can grow WITH our company and advance to other positions and duties as they become available. We would prefer not to have to start and stop regularly. Growing company is looking for a long term Article Writer/Virtual Assistant to write articles and do andldquo; ON page Search Engine Optimization (SEO)andrdquo; for 10 niche websites with Adsense. andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; Candidate must be able to write original articles in excellent English, be experienced in article submission, Web 2.0 submission, and social bookmarking. You will not do andldquo; OFF page Search Engine Optimization (SEO)andrdquo; for the sites but you must know about link-building, and be aware of andldquo; WHITE HAT Search Engine Optimization (SEO)andrdquo; strategy, which is the strategy the company is using to rank its sites. You must also be aware of the Adsense Google Terms of Services (TOS). Some of the Jobandrsquo; s responsibilities include: 1. Hence, every month, you will write a total of 60 articles. 2. Adding 1 page Article to each site every week. You will also need to add 1 royalty free image to each page for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) purposes. 3. Updating WEB 2.0 properties as needed. 4. Creating different titles and descriptions of each page for Social Bookmarking submission. 5. I am looking for a general virtual assistant to help me in supporting my business in the Philippines. andnbsp; andnbsp; I am looking for some assistance with a variety of duties such as creating blog posts, creating content/article/ezine/newsletter, basic office tasks, basic graphic design, data entry, research, some phone calls and emails. andnbsp; andnbsp; I also need somebody who will help me create a content plan and a blog following on Facebook, twitter. andnbsp; andnbsp; Basically, I need somebody to help keep me organized! Looking for a highly experienced (3+ years!) VA available for full time hire, will work 40hrs/week. Must be very knowledgeable with Wordpress, backlinking, bookmarking, web 2.0 sites, article submission, and so on. Use of senuke X and bookmarking demons, among other softwares a plus. Must be polite, diligent, detail oriented, and reliable. If you are over $70 per week do not apply.
