You job will be to fill positions for my company with excellent people and take care, make the induction, introduce them to our systems, create them accounts, and so on. and be there for their doubts in the first days. Basically you will find people from my referals, from posting on elance, odesk and other sites, and then you will introduce them to me. --------------------------------------------------What I am going to provide (input) --------------------------------------------------For each position we will have a skype call where I 'll explain you the requirements of the job, you will create a job description and process (interviews, exams, and so on.) and then you will get them so I can interview the ones that fit the criteria. After that you will schedule interviews between the candidate and me and people in my company. And follow up so we make a decision on the candidate in a timely manner. When the candidate is selected you will do reference check and after that you will help them with the induction.
