We have our 2009,2010 and 2011 Cash Books, which is essentially our bank statements converted to Microsoft Excel. The original PDF version of the bank statement is the 100% true copy of the data - at some point we converted the data from the PDFs to the Excel format, but there may be mistakes in the data. We will require you to go through all the years to make sure that no mistakes are made, and add up the summations to ensure that they reconcile.
