Bookeeper for Internet Marketing / Publishing company

Hi, We are looking for a bookkeeper for our Internet Marketing/Publishing company. We don't need this for tax reporting but for management reporting. We have a number of revenue streams (affiliate marketing through a number of networks such as Clickbank), own product sales through Paypal and other sources of income. We need a person to record all income/expenses on a weekly basis in Quickbooks Online and produce a weekly Profit and Loss report for the management and investors of the company. You will have access to some of the systems whereas for other expenses and income we will forward you the email receipt and your task will be to record all of them, reconcile them against our bank and paypal accounts and produce the weekly profit and loss statement. To summarize, the main tasks of this job will be on a weekly basis to: - Record all revenue through the affiliate networks we promote products through- Record all other revenue- Record all costs (we will forward you the receipts) - Reconcile all of the above against our banks accounts and paypal account- Produce the weekly PnL reportAny questions just ask!

I am in need of a bookkeeper. You must have REAL ESTATE bookkeeping experience. andnbsp; andnbsp; Our businesss buys, renovates, and sells properties. andnbsp; andnbsp; Job will require you to take a settlement statement (also known as HUD1) and book it into the quickbooks as an inventory item. andnbsp; andnbsp; Once the property is sold, it is transferred to our Profit and Loss statement. andnbsp; andnbsp; Other basic bookkeeping needs throughout the week will be needed. Experience is preferred when booking a settlement statement but not mandatory. andnbsp; andnbsp; I can provide a training manual on how to do this if it is needed. This job will require a couple of hours per week, however, I know other people that are in the same profession that also need bookkeeping. andnbsp; andnbsp; Once you have proven yourself, I will refer your name to other offices. andnbsp; andnbsp; We use Quickbooks. moving companies into classes in quickbooks

Our previous bookkeeper set up new companies in quick books for what should of been classes under other companies. We need to get this rectified before sending the file to our accountant to complete our tax returns. We are also considering a migration to quickbooks online at the same time. I have no idea how to determine how many hours of work this would be so in your response if you could give me some idea of how I could determine that, or what you would need to know to give me a time frame and number of hours worked that would go along way. I need this completed by the end of the month of Feb.

Data entry is EASY -- Using TaxAct, I have already prepared, filed, and paid the 2010 return. andnbsp; andnbsp; I am just about done doing my 2011 data entry. andnbsp; andnbsp; I will email you my TaxAct file forandnbsp; andnbsp; 2010, and 2011. andnbsp; andnbsp; It contains the regular schedules for 1040. andnbsp; andnbsp; Both my wife and I have our own businesses, so there are schedules for that. andnbsp; andnbsp; If you chose to help me, you will * accept by email TaxAct files for 2010 and 2011andnbsp; andnbsp; -- or we can just do PDF's if you can review and sign them that way* pull the data into your tax prep system (or keep in TaxAct if that is what you use), * briefly scan the numbers for consistency (I think the software gets it right), * sign and date both returns, with your PTIN, -- date Feb 1,2012 (for tax year 2011), -- date Feb 15,2011 (for the 2010 return) * scan them, and email them back to me. andnbsp; andnbsp; I would guess this would take about 1-2 hours of time. Book-keeping Trainer

This project requires the assistance of an Accountant or Book-keeper who is familiar with MYOB accounting software to tutor a book-keeping student for 5-10 hours per week over the next month. The tutoring will be done via skype and screenshare software such as teamviewer. Initially, the learner will need tutoring in how to setup a new company/file in MYOB based on a balance sheet and trial balance, develop a chart of accounts, enter opening balances, and proceed with reconciliation. Other areas needing immediate assistance include resolving issues with the drawings account and entering un-presented cheques. Only apply if you confident with MOYB and able to allocate two hours to this project on Wed 1 Feb (sorry for the short notice!). We will also be recruiting for a full-time Accounting/Book-keeping trainer during February, so if you are interested, there is also the possibility of a full time position after this tutoring project.
