Followup lead and appointment setting

I get leads from time to time from qualified US home sellers in all US time zones. I need a person with excellent phone skills, good sounding voice and customer etiquette to 1) call these leads, 2) collect about 20 pieces of information and 3) set an appointment for a return call from a person on my team. Person must be available to contact leads during their local waking hours and makeandnbsp; andnbsp; attempts at different times to call back unreachable leads. No calls before 8am or after 9pm their local time. At end of each day worked send me list of calls attempted and connected. Email me completed data sheets with appointment immediately when completed. These are highly qualified leads from people wanting a return call back. I currently have 10 leads for immediate followup. I am looking for ongoing phone support expert. Thanks, Mike

I am looking for a contractor based in either the US or Canada who is interested in undertaking some phone calls to our past Advertisers. andnbsp; andnbsp; We run a local magazine and need some help with contacting previous advertisers to see if they want to re-advertise. andnbsp; andnbsp; This contractor will also assist in the chasing of outstanding unpaid advertising accounts. You must have access to a VOIP enabled modem or similar VOIP system. andnbsp; andnbsp; Your calls can be undertaken using our VOIP account so the caller will see a local number on their handset and therefore your calls will be free of charge to you. andnbsp; andnbsp; All outgoing calls will be monitored via printed reports. We are based in Australia, so calls will need to be made during our morning (which will be your late afternoon). You must have very good clear phone voice, without a particularly strong accent.

Answering Calls & Appointment setting for Therapists in US

I am looking for a person (or a few people) to handle inbound phone calls for about 6 different physical therapists and massage therapists in the US. You would handle the over-flow calls when the therapist can't answer the phone. You will answer client questions and hopefully be able to book appointment through the therapist's online booking service, or take a message so therapist can call the client back. The hours will be somewhat flexible, but probably 10-5 Pacific and Eastern US time. It will mostly be Monday through Friday, but may also be during the weekends. You need to be proficient in English, understand how to ask the correct sequence of questions of the client to encourage them to book an appointment, get basic information from the client to secure the appointment, and enter info into online software and/or email. An understanding of basic medical terms, therapy modalities and sales would be perfect, but we will train you in the scripts. Please only reply if you have experience in phone skills and great customer service. If you have worked for another health care provider doing this - that would be perfect!

We are seeking a customer service professional to complement our internal support team for a medical device for people living with diabetes. The ideal candidate has excellent telephone demeanor and writing skills, as the role involves both phone and written communications. Ability to speak Spanish is a large plus. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in both inbound and outbound telephone marketing or support, and has knowledge or interest in the healthcare field, particularly the details of living with diabetes. The role involves standing by for customer calls from 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, in the United States Eastern Standard Time (GMT -5), Monday through Friday.
