Person needed to create front cover that will be printed onto DVD discs

We have audio books that we need to sell and require a person to create the design that will be printed on all the cd's. you must be proficient in photoshop, or any design program to create this for us. Hi, This is an URGENT project that needs to be completed in the next 24 hours. I am looking for a talented designer with previous experience in formatting content so it can be uploaded to Amazon Kindle. The glossary/chapter should work as hyperlink to direct the readers to the corresponding chapters and sections. It is very important to have this table of contents.
