Need Design for Skin Care Holder

I need some type of holder or half-container that can securely hold two 1.7 fl oz. airless pump bottles and a container/pouch for either cleansing cloths or pads. It will need to be fabricated out of something that is needs to be rust-proof, able to withstand travel without breaking or the bottles/container falling out, BPA and pthalate-free (if plastic) and look fancy/high-end. It needs to be simple so I can have it manufactured with aandnbsp; andnbsp; low MOQ at a reasonable price.

Design of compact mandrel bender

I have an immediate requirement for my customer to design and build a compact mandrel tube bending machine which will be intergrated into an automatic production line. The machine is to produce only one part so therefore does not require to be complicated. I will have drg's/photos of the trial tooling that was used on there standard machine. (early next week), details of the product will follow. The design of the equipment must take into account the loading and unload of the tube which will be moved through the line by way of a walking beam. I would like to hear from designers who have knowlege and examples of there involvement with this bending technique.

machine design

I am looking for a design engineering with tube bending experience to design and provide CAD drg's for a simple twin head bender to bend the ends of 5/8 " sq x 1mm wall and 3/4 " sq x 1mm wall ERW tube. Each end of the tube will need to be bent at 60deg in the same axis and direction, the tube will be one length only, the bend length will be about 65mm overall length of stright tube will be about 1510mm long. A compression bend will be more than adequateWe would like to bend 2 or three tube as at a time, they must be easy to load and unload, a small footprint for the equipment is preferred. This equipement will be used for our own production so simplicity and ease of manufacture are essential. I am open to any reasonable ideas, we have an air supply and a possible hydraulic power pack that we could use. I will interested to hear from any suitable candidates.

CAD mechanical design & draughting

I have a requirement for sketched drg's of a piece of sports equipment to be converted into CAD format. I will need them in dwg or dxf format suitable for Autocad. A cutting list and parts list would be ideal as well. I will provide sketched drg's in pdf or jpeg format as required and will provide photos of a similar machine. This project shouldn't take to long. I have other sports equipment related projects that I will also be looking for assistance with, this could be complete design of new machines and updating designs of existing machine types. I will post these seperatly. A good understanding of mechanical design and fabrication would be required.

I am looking to get quotes on quantities of 250,500,1000. Looking to have a quick lead time. Looking to keep the overall cost of the PCB's with PCB manufacturing and board stuffing under $2.00 (US Dollars). Plumbing Engineer

Need plumbing engineer to re-design plumbing drawings and to provide calculations.
