I need a simple and reusable e-commerce solution/check out page for our website that integrates with our PayPal " Payflow Pro " account. Basically we want to create an online order form (see attachment) that links directly to the Payflow Pro API so the customer can check out, the order gets processed and it automatically sends the customer and I an e-mail receipt. We must be able to create and use coupon codes and limit inventory (how this is coded is flexible). Our website uses Wordpress so you can use plugins or design a self-contained solution from scratch. SEE ATTACHED IMAGE AND DETAILED REQUIREMENTS. To be considered, send us a message briefly summarizing the project and how you plan on tackling it. More Detailed Requirements: (1) The solution must be easy to duplicate, we have 15-20+ shows we sell a year, and creating a new order page should take less than an hour. Preferably, the whole order process should be on one page (like in my mockup) possibly with expanding/collapsing steps, but it can be multi-page too if necessary. With that said, we want to easily change the prices, the sponsorship levels (some shows only have 1 level), the discount/referral codes, and the inventory. We may also want to password-protect the page. We are not afraid of editing HTML if sufficient documentation is provided. (2) The solution must let us create/use coupon or referral codes so we can give discounts to our customers (will be a specific dollar amount taken out of the grand total, each coupon code will be one-time use, or a referral code that doesn't give a discount but is used for sales tracking purposes). (3) The solution must be able to keep track of inventory (so for each show we want to create a limited inventory of the sponsorships people can buy, and once we sell out, the order page will disable those products that are sold out). (4) The solution must integrate with our Paypal Payflow Pro account, so you must know how to integrate their API. (5) The solution must be able to be hosted on our Wordpress website, without the need for expensive dedicated hosting (for example: no ColdFusion, please). Ideally, we should be able to just duplicate the same folder for different shows, and edit the code to customize for each show. (6) Have the option to pay by check or money order, in which case the customer and I would receive an invoice and no credit card would be required. Options: (1) You may suggest an alternate payment gateway/processer than Payflow Pro if you feel more comfortable with a different gateway, but only if it has equal or lower transaction rates. (2) You may suggest alternate ways of inventory control, coupons or referral tracking.

I am in need of some work to be done on a website that is in development. The site has been used for several years to manage my business and i have decided to duplicate this site and let other business owners manage their business for a monthly fee. The site has 4 user roles (Admins, customers, workers (hourly and subcontractor), and inspector). Each user role has their own login and control panel differs depending on the user type. Customers login and create projects and the admin assigns the projects to workers and the projects go through multiple stages during the cycle of the customer creating the project and the admin assigning and so on.. There are automatic emails that get delivered during varying stages of the project phase also. The goal of this project is to create a super user (done) and the super user creates multiple admins that will create their own workers, project, properties and so on.. The admin will only see the user they create (done), projects created by them or their customers (partially done), Each admin will be restricted to the maximum users they can create based on their monthly package rate. Some of the tasks have been completed. Please see attached document for a complete list of tasks yet to be performed. I need these modifications done within 2 weeks. Most of the user type (ie, admin, customers, inspectors, workers) separation has been completed at this point. I believe that the list that is attached is completed to item 5. So bid on the remaining items. Thank You
