Our agents make sales only via the phone/web. We do not sell anything in a face-to-face environment. The traditional sales structure is as follows: - Agents in our office purchase andlsquo; leadsandrsquo; from various online, lead generating websites- These andlsquo; leadsandrsquo; are filtered in many different ways. They can be andlsquo; healthyandrsquo; people looking for traditional health insurance coverage all the way down the spectrum to andlsquo; uninsurableandrsquo; people that are having trouble meeting the underwriting requirements to get coverage. We have viable product solutions for both scenarios and anything in between. - The agent calls these leads and makes the sales over the phone. Our starting product is medical insurance. While the agent is making that medical insurance sale, they try to add ancillary lines of coverage to increase the benefit to the insured and to increase commissions.
