Job Description: andbull; Negotiates pricing and other contract terms (both commercial and legal) for IT related purchases. andbull; Responsible for andldquo; cradle to graveandrdquo; of all aspects of IT contracts as assigned, including vendor selection, vendorengagement, pricing, negotiation of terms and conditions, risk mitigation, modifications of terms, renewal/review of terms, and final execution of contracts. andbull; Expert understanding of commercial and legal contract terms and conditions. andbull; Responsible for andldquo; red-liningandrdquo; contracts and drafting language changes within agreements. andbull; Ensures compliance with the company policies on commercial contracts and to assist internal customers to manage legaland commercial risks arising from various commercial agreements. andbull; Provides accurate and timely advice to internal customers on a range of contract-related issues arising from variouscommercial agreements, (e. g. purchase orders, value contracts, subcontracts, complex technical projects, confidentialityagreements, licensing agreements, and so on); andbull; Must be able to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with internal Legal Counsel. This position is alsoresponsible for communicating areas of risk within purchasing agreements and contracts to Legal Counsel. andbull; Must be very customer focused to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all internal business groups. andbull; Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers. andbull; Successfully prioritizes and executes a large caseload of diverse contract assignments. andbull; Applies business savvy relative to price negotiation and strategic procurement spend to maximize savings to company forIT procurement transactions. andbull; Ability to handle extra curricular activities in the office as assignedRequirements: andbull; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree. Post graduate degree is a plus. andbull; Commercial/contract law experience obtained from a reputable (preferably international) law firm or in-house experienceform a reputable multinational company. andbull; Contract Management experience for at least 5 to 10 years in the field of IT Contract for Hardware, Software, Maintenance, Services and Procurement. andbull; Knowledge in SAP is a plus. andbull; Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) as the work would require collaboration/interaction with seniorexecutives in the account teams/customersandbull; Ability to work with difficult customers under time pressures. andbull; Ability to liaise with people of various ethnic, cultural and hierarchical backgrounds. andbull; Strong business knowledge and acumenandbull; Cross team coordination/leadershipandbull; Willing to work during US business hours
