The andldquo; stage focusandrdquo; revenue figures can be broken down as: - Idea: $0 in revenue, extremely early-stage focus- Startup: Below $1 million in revenue- Early-stage: $1 million to $10 million in revenue- Growth: $10 million to $25 million in revenue- Late: $25 million in revenue and aboveThere are 15 countries we are looking to have researched for each andldquo; categoryandrdquo; and at each andldquo; stage focusandrdquo;, for a total of 1,125 assets in each category. The 15 countries to research (and the order in which we would like them to be shown in the spreadsheet) are: - United States of America (USA) - Canada- United Kingdom (UK) - Brazil- Australia- Korea- South Africa- Chile- Greece- Japan- Hong Kong + China- United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Switzerland- Israel- FinlandNOTE: at least 10 out of the 15 countries will NOT have 15 assets x 5 stages of entries to research..... at most they will have 2 assets x 5 stages. The USA, Canada and maybe one other country are the only ones in the world that are mature enough to actually fill out to that degree. If find this to be true, then rededicate resources back to USA, Canada, and so on since research in all those other countries will be relatively easy. andnbsp; andnbsp; This should cut time for project down by about 40%. Keywords for your team to search to obtain necessary information will be provided to you upon awarding the project. The google and yahoo! Directories can also be helpful in identifying assets. A tool that will be helpful (and which you should download) for understanding the reach of the assets in terms of web traffic (column G) is here: http://tools. Entry time: initial estimates is about 5 minutes per entry. Do not have a person spend more than 20 minutes per entry. You will need a minimum of 3 research associates for the duration of the project to complete this amount of work. Staging the project: once each country has all of its andldquo; categoryandrdquo; tabs completed, please send an updated version of the spreadsheet for review so that we can respond with our comments for clarification and ensuring quality. We are a supplier of new and pre-owned electronics equipment for cable TV/Internet operators. Our next focus is Serbia: We have an incomplete database of approximately 100 serbian cable TV operators, that needs to be completed using WEB RESEARCH and in some cases PHONE CALLS: For every company in the database we already have their company name, city, and phone number which serves as a basis for further research. Source of potential information is online yellow pages, company websites, national company register, and so on. Most important is to find out the EMAIL ADDRESS of the companies, which we will use to build a good quality email list of our potential clients. From experience we know that in some cases, the only thing you can find about the company is their phone number. To go further, you might have to simply CALL them and ask for their email address, and a permission to send them an offer related to their core business activity. On top of this, we have a database of our website's visitors extracted from Google Analytics, listing the various cities/ISP networks in Serbia where our visitors came from in the past 4 months. This includes approximately 100 entries, with lot of duplicates. This you will need to compare against our existing contact database, and add any new entries where needed. This is an administrative task for a person that understands the general concept of link building and can update a Google Docs spread sheet. andnbsp; andnbsp; We will provide the list of domains from where we want you to obtain backlinks to our site. Then we want you to dig around on those sites to determine how we might get a backlink and update a spread sheet with that info. Then we want you to take those necessary steps to get the backlink, document that on the spread sheet, adding necessary info, notes and links where needed. Many are easy to get links from, some might require a profile creation, or maybe require a piece of content, occasionally one will be a " link exchange " and so on. - all basic stuff easily figured out and noted on the spread sheet. If you look, there is almost always some way to get a link, (including potential payment options) and in many cases it will be easy - but in other cases, the contractor will bneed to dig, searching the site, or doing domain searches looking for advertise ", and " add a link " or " create an account " and so on. Sometimes the domain might be impossible, like a direct competitor, and if that's the case it just needs to be noted on the spread sheet, and the same goes if there's going to be an email verification or account signup required. We would PREFER that a contractor already understand how to thoroughly explore a domain to locate potential backlinking options, but this is not necessary. However, you should mention in your application if you have this experience. This is an hourly job and should not be rushed - we do want the best efforts of a person with an attention to detail, but we realize that 100% success at every domain is not going to be expected or required. We will provide our necessary company info, description, site info and backlink information and even an article if needed for all of these - so this will mostly involve cutting and pasting and keeping track/notes on the spread sheet. While we will provide you with a couple of general keywords, We are not looking (necessarily) for certain anchor text links, and will be happy with company names quite often. andnbsp; andnbsp; We just want legitimate want company name and backlinks from the few domains we specify, and do not want or need anything automated. We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to work as a Mobile Apps Specialist and help us create simple Free and Paid Mobile Apps for Mobile devices like iPads and Smart Phones (iPhone, Android, Windows, Blackberry, and so on).
